1, If you have 3D STEP/IGES/X_T drawing or 2D drawing, please directly send to us before quotation, then we will do DFM and mould design for you.

There are many kinds of molding processes of silicone products, and I will introduce several common processes:
Silicone Rubber Compression molding: Through high temperature heating and pressure, the silicone raw material is pressed into the desired shape. The silicone products produced by this process have high density and strength, and are suitable for making various daily necessities, such as silicone tableware and silicone baby bottles.
LSR Injection molding: The silica gel raw material after high temperature heating is injected into the mold, and then it is formed by pressure. The silicone products produced by this process have high precision and finish, and are suitable for the production of high-tech products, such as silicone electronic parts and silicone auto parts.
Silicone Rolling molding: silicone rubber is mixed with white carbon black, silicone oil, etc., to make mixed rubber, and then rolled out with a calender. Then through rolling, it forms a certain thickness of the sheet, and then through cutting, hot pressing and other processes to make the required shape of the product. The silicone products produced by this process have good softness and elasticity, and are suitable for making a variety of soft silicone products, such as silicone gloves, silicone foot MATS, etc.
Silicone Vacuum forming/casting: the silicone raw material is applied to the mold, and it is formed by vacuum blister. This process can produce silicone products with complex shapes and high surface finish.
Liquid Silicone Dripping molding: the silicone material after heating and melting is dropped into the mold, and then it is formed by cooling. This process is suitable for the production of small silicone products, such as silicone pendants, silicone ornaments and so on.
