A:If you are ordering a unique sample that we don’t have in stock, you need to provide all the details, it will be better if you can send a sample for our evaluation. Customized samples maybe need new molding, which will cost molding fee. We will check your sampling requirements, then issue a sampling P/I. Sampling may take 3-5 days, depending on detailed samples.
