A: Yes, we can provide small samples no more than 100mm*100mm*100mm free of charge(Except high precision metal parts), but you need to bear the freight.

FAQ Question 4:What is your terms or payment?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

FAQ Question 5:How to solve the quality problem after received the goods?

A: Send the product photos/video to us by email, or send a sample of it to us by express. Once the problem has been confirmed, we will give you a satisfied solution.

FAQ Question 6:What is your delivery time ?

A: It depends on the quantity you order, and whether it is a custom product, non-custom products are in large stock, all products will be delivered within the scheduled time.
