PP Sticky Roller are composed of polypropylene film coated with acrylic-based adhesive, which can be fast, efficient and easy to remove dust and particle.
The adhesive on the PP tacky film not only removes contaminants but also provides an inhibitor to prevent microbial growth, which makes it suitable even for non-cleanroom use.
Rifertech Cleanroom PP Sticky Roller is an integral cleaning material for PCB, LCD/LED film pack factories. Without direct contact with the surface of the product, the dust on the surface of the PCB board is transferred to the stick roll through the silicon rubber wheel. Sticky Rollers provide the most efficient means of removing even the smallest particles from flat surfaces. Particulates are limited by the lifting action of the roller as it passes over the surface. The adhesive on the tacky film not only removes contaminants but also provides an inhibitor to prevent microbial growth, which makes it suitable even for non-cleanroom use. The specially designed rollers effectively capture and transfer particles and contaminants from surfaces to adhesive rolls.
