ESD Rubber Roller Maintenance and Care
- Avoid contact with benzene and ester solvents when using the roller. If contact occurs, immediately wipe it with anhydrous alcohol and dry it with an air gun.
- After a certain number of uses (such as 5000 times), if the viscosity decreases significantly, clean it with anhydrous alcohol in a timely manner and place it in an oven for 30 minutes to increase its viscosity. If conditions are not available, it can also be cleaned with alcohol and then wrapped in a clean packaging film for 48 hours, which will also increase its viscosity to some extent.
